Have you ever wanted to sit between Lennon and McCartney at Abbey Road as they swing into Revolution #1 for the second time? Or witness the speed of Glenn Gould’s hands in sections of the Goldberg Variations???Would you like to feel the full force of the Vienna Philharmonic as it storms through Wagner’s Ring? Have you ever wanted to shimmy on stage at the Apollo with James Brown, or holler your approval with the rest of the inmates when Johnny Cash launches into ‘San Quentin’???There are moments in music when you just want to be there. When the impulse to be part of a recording, of an event in your musical history, takes hold. Moments when the emotional connection between the performer and the audience – you – is tantalizingly close, and their joy, sadness, anger or passion becomes yours as well.??The more lifelike the sound, the more alive that connection can become. When you can pick out details you never heard before, hear musical parts you weren’t aware of and enjoy more subtlety of timbre, that’s when sound can close the gap between reproduction and reality. The very best sound systems will reconstruct the acoustic environment and put you where you want to be. Don’t settle for less than the closest you can get.

Fidelity Acoustics

Music is built on three ingredients; Melody, dynamics, rhythm. All the tiny shadings of these components make up the vocabulary of the music’s communication. In English the words we form are made with 26 characters of the alphabet. How many words can we form, how much emotion can we communicate with words? Music has an infinitely greater amount of vocabulary, because there are thousands of thousands of combinations of notes(melody), loudness (dynamics), and time patterns. Thus music can express emotion better than language, and is possibly the greatest art form of all. This is the core of our offering to you – a loudspeaker that is more capable in communication. Not more sound. Sound isn’t music.

Wilson

A Wilson Audio Speaker design is an answer to the question: within this product's design parameters, how close to the ideal of absolute musical realism can we get? In each instance, as designs move from the theoretical to the realm of the physical, they undergo a process involving the collective skills and unique abilities of every member of the Wilson team. What typically begins in Dave Wilson’s brain—and is first manifest as a sketch or a clay model—evolves through a process of sustained interplay between idea and experiment, hypothesis and execution. And the successful execution depends on a group of people who take pride of ownership in both the process and the product.
