Hi-Fi Centre left un-harmed after Stanley Cup Riots

Last night many saw rioters and looters destroy storefronts, cars and the beauty of downtown Vancouver. Some of you may have seen our store on the news.  Unfortunately, our building did suffer some damage to the entrance for the offices on the upper floors, however, we were lucky as our store was un-harmed. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who e-mailed and called us to check if we were OK.  The store and all employees are fine and it's business as usual.  We would also like to thank the many people who have come together to help clean up downtown after this disaster.  Thank you to whoever started the Facebook page and thank you to all the people who have volunteered their time to help.  Last night a small group of people displayed despicable behaviour which definitely does not represent Vancouver in general.  Now that the worst is behind us, let's all work together to clean up downtown and make Vancouver beautiful again.
